Collections Count As Calls

Money taken at a door is logged as a call too, so it shows on the day’s trail and counts towards coverage. Off counts only orders, which is what a beat measured on order value wants.

Switch: Settings > Field Sales > Collections Count As Calls.

Where it appears

No screen of its own: it changes what a receipt taken on a round writes. Needs Rep Collections.

The receipt is written either way — this only decides whether the door also counts as visited.

Screens

Collect Payment - the same sheet; with this on it writes a visit alongside the receipt.
Rep performance - calls and coverage read the visits, so collections lift both.

Switching off. The calls already logged stay on the trail and keep counting; only FUTURE collections stop being counted as calls, and every receipt is a voucher in its own right either way.
