Lockers

Numbered lockers a member can hold for the term of their membership. The locker master lists them; enrolment assigns one; the occupancy view shows free and held lockers and who has each.

Switch: Settings > Gym > Lockers. Permissions: Manage Plans & Lockers for the master, Enrol & Renew or Amend Memberships to assign one.

Where it appears

Gym shell: Setup > Lockers; the locker pick in the enrol / renew dialog. Report: Locker Occupancy.

The locker is a field on the term; when the term ends the locker is free again.

Screens

Lockers - the master (add lockers in bulk by range and zone) and the live board: who holds which, until when.
Enrolment - the locker picker shows only free lockers; a locker fee can be added to the term amount.

Setting it up

Switch it on, put the master behind it in place, then do the first one — in that order, or the first one will not have anything to pick.

Switching off with lockers still assigned warns at save.
