Reminders & No-shows
A message before the appointment, and a follow-up after one nobody came to. Off leaves the book silent — which is what a two-chair barber wants.
Switch: Settings > Salon > Reminders.
Where it appears
Salon shell: the Reminders queue, next to the appointment book, and a send button on the appointment itself. The window (hours before) is set beside the switch. Needs the Appointment Book.

Screens
- Reminders - two tabs: appointments starting inside the window that nobody has been reminded of, and no-shows from the last week still owed a follow-up. Send one row, or the whole list behind a progress dialog you can stop.
- Appointment - Send Reminder while it still holds a chair, Follow Up once it is a no-show. Both then show when the message went, so a second one is a deliberate act.
- Settings > Salon - hours before, which is what "due" means.
Switching off. A message queue over the bookings already taken — it owns no rows, and every appointment stays exactly where it was.
