Customers, Suppliers & Staff

Every party the business deals with is an account ledger with a contact type: customer, supplier, staff, loan contact, karigar, doctor, contractor, labourer, member, patient. One table, one statement, one balance, whatever the trade calls them. Groups classify parties for rates and reports.

Where it is in the app

POS page: Master > Customers / Suppliers / Staffs, plus Doctors, Members, Karigars where the trade has them; Master > More > Customer / Supplier / Staff Groups. Dedicated shells put them under Directory with the trade's names (Subscribers, Members, Patients, Pass Holders, Shops, Technicians & Staff).

Statements and balances

Open a party to see the statement: every voucher and payment with a running balance, filterable by date, printable and shareable. Receivable Parties, Payable Parties and the two Ageing reports show who owes what and for how long. Multi Payment In / Out settles many parties in one screen.

The credit decision

    G -->|hold| I[Cash only until they clear]
    H --> C

The limit is not a block — it is a prompt for a decision that would otherwise be made by whoever is at the counter.
