WhatsApp Sharing & Bot

Bills, statements, reminders and marketing posts go to the customer on WhatsApp. How they get there is a per-device setting with three channels: the bot (WhatsApp Web driven by the app on this device, sends without you tapping), the installed app (opens WhatsApp with the message and file ready), or a link (wa.me, for devices without WhatsApp).

Plan. The same-device bot is Premium and available on Windows and on Android when the Android bot is enabled. Sharing through the installed app works on every plan.

Where it is in the app

Settings > Whatsapp for the channel and templates; Tools > Whatsapp opens the bot page (scan the QR once to link WhatsApp Web); the WhatsApp button on every saved voucher, statement, report and reminder list.

One send path; the channel is the last step and is decided by the device setting.

What can be sent

The bot

Open Tools > Whatsapp, scan the QR with the shop's phone (Linked Devices), and the device keeps a WhatsApp Web session. Messages queue and send in the background with a status per message; the phone must stay online. On Android the bot needs the Android bot option enabled in the WhatsApp settings.

Settings

Settings > Whatsapp - enable, connection type (same device bot / installed app / link), Android bot, message templates per document, country code default. Reminder templates for cable live under Settings > Cable.

Choosing a channel

    C -->|yes| D[Bot: sends by itself

Only the bot sends without a tap, and it needs the linked phone online — which decides whether bulk reminders are practical.
